PayPal accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders. SHIPPING USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is our preferred form of shipping. We also offer Express Mail for our U.S. customers and Global Priority Mail for our international customers. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. We ship all orders with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is required on all U.S. orders. Insurance is not offered with Global Priority Mail. We will ship most orders within 24 yours. Please allow extra time for alterations or custom orders. Most purchase will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving PayPal confirmation of your payment. We are not responsible for items lost in transit but will assist buyer with documents showing proof of shipping and insurance. RETURNS Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We accept returns shipped within 7 days of receiving. Your return must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. We will charge a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. SPECIAL ORDERS We will be happy to alter a piece to meet your needs or make a custom piece for you. Jewelry belts sizes can be easily adjusted. Please send us a detailed request after checkout. There is no charge for downsizing a belt. However, a charge may apply for making a piece larger. We will evaluate each request individually. YOUR PRIVACY You can be assured that your privacy is totallay protected. Whether you're a buyer or simply join our mailing list, we will never share your information with anyone, individual or company. As a buyer through PayPal, your purchasing information is private. PayPal does not share your information with us. We simply receive an email notification that your payment has been made.
